Short description:
Development of a ticket system for the hosting support desk of Creative Industries.
Long description:
The support department of Creative Industries lacked a decent support system. Therefor a new system was developed from scratch within the dc-net environment (CRM solution of Creative Industries).
The system supports fast ajax customer and ticket searches, ticket tracking, assignments and document attachments.
In the months following the implementation of the system, the support department got alot of positive feedback due to better call-backs and information distribution.
